Soft tissue occupational therapy grounded in what matters. Helping you restore function, reduce pain, and get back to daily life on your terms.
"The best therapy meets people where they actually are, not where a textbook says they should be."
Hey, I'm Nik, an Occupational Therapist based in Belmont, Perth WA. I work at the intersection of soft tissue rehabilitation and neurodiversity-affirming practice, with a genuine passion for gaming-informed approaches that meet clients in the spaces they already feel comfortable.
My approach is simple: trust comes first, therapy second. Whether we're working through pain and movement limitations or building independence and daily function, I take the time to understand your world before we start working on it together.
I trained and completed my degree in Occupational Therapy and have been in clinical practice for just over a year, bringing fresh, evidence-based thinking and a whole lot of enthusiasm to every session. Alongside my independent practice, I work at Estus Health as part of a team dedicated to neuroaffirming care across Perth and telehealth Australia-wide.
Outside the clinic, I host OT & Yap, a podcast connecting OTs and allied health professionals across Australia. Always happy to connect.
Evidence-based manual therapy designed to address the physical barriers keeping you from daily life, conducted from my dedicated treatment space in Perth.
The OT difference, treatment isn't just about how you feel in session, it's about returning to your routines, hobbies, work, and self-care with real independence.
Strengths-based, affirming therapy for neurodivergent individuals, using gaming-informed approaches and evidence-based strategies to build regulation and independence.
Alongside my independent practice, I work as an Occupational Therapist at Estus Health, Perth's neuroaffirming OT clinic. Self-referrals are welcome and no GP letter is needed. If you or someone you support might benefit from gaming-informed therapy, assessments, or neurodivergent support, the referral form takes just a few minutes.
Self-referrals welcome. No GP letter required. Submit the referral form and the team will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss next steps.
